Tobacco and smoking habit

Tobacco
is a plant containing nicotine, which is considered a very harmful and toxic substance for the human organism. The nicotine contained in tobacco is habit-forming and a large percentage of the population is addicted to it. There exist many ways in which it can be used – for example, chewing, snuffing or smoking. And just smoking is the most harmful, due to the substances contained in the smoke. Smoking is usually primarily a psychosocial addiction, i.e. a learned behaviour, physical dependence arises only later.
